The Gender Equity Manager will lead our work on gender equity towards our objectives of enabling equal access and opportunities for women in football, using football to inspire society to embrace gender equality and promoting football as a catalyst to empower girls to develop their full potential.

The focus of the role is to further develop and drive our gender equity strategy, ensure quality implementation of our gender equity programming, strengthen collaborations with expert partners in the field, facilitate opportunities for and with the community organisations we are working with worldwide and leverage our partnerships and influence in the football industry to maximise football’s contribution to gender equity.

The role requires someone who is dedicated to gender equity, aims for radical collaboration to accelerate change and is a passionate and convincing communicator.
